Pairing Down

This is the first time we've packed up our Christmas decorations and ornaments having to think about what we can take, leave, or toss.
Of course we kept the ones the kids made and the man with the pregnant wife ornament (a classic). Looking around the house I know we have a big job ahead of us: what will we take, what will we store, and what will we toss/sell.

    Been there, guys. In a way it's a blessing because you realize what really is important, and what you can do without. I think the hardest part for us was selling/giving away the kids' toys. Lots of tears had on garage sale days. It's a lot of work, but you can do it. :)
    Just think, it'll all be done when you see us!
